I'm editing my review to 1 star. After what happened below the engraving as soon as washing the cups wore off on 2 of them. BH told me to bring them back in and they would fix them. What they didn't tell me was how they would do it. Well now my special gifts have the redone engraved images and a halo effect left over from the original. They look horrible and my son is crying because his gift turned out worst than his sisters. This whole experience has been expensive and awful. Avoid this place.
