My new wife and I recently put together a Halloween themed wedding. District Remix was recommended to us by a friend and so we reached out. Jacob promptly responded and set up a zoom meeting in order to get a handle on what we were looking for.
We were both impressed by how professional, knowledgeable and most of all enthusiastic the DJ was. Not only did he pick up on the vibe we were going for but quickly made suggestions to make it even better. He also helped up organize a few special requests (dollar dance, virtual toasts, etc.) to make sure they went off smoothly.

From the day we hired Jason from District Remix, we knew he was the right choice for our wedding, but when our wedding day finally came he blew our expectations out of the water! We have absolutely zero complaints after working with Jacob Jensen and District Remix for our wedding! From the start of the planning process all the way throughout the big day, Jacob was extremely helpful, attentive, and had amazing energy! Ryan was amazing to work with! He took all of our requests and made them happen without flaws. During our reception, we looked out at the tables and not ONE person was sitting because everyone was on the dance floor!! As a former wedding cinematographer(Filmed over 100 weddings) that hired District Remix for his own wedding, I can’t say enough that you have to hire either Jacob or Jason for your wedding. One of my first weddings I ever shot back in 2013 was with Jason Wallace as a DJ and then a couple months after that, I’m sure I shot my first one with Jacob.… It became evident over the years in the business that these two were some of not only the best DJ’s around but some of the best people. Jason is the real deal! Music was definitely important to us since we wanted our wedding to be a giant party so we needed everyone on the dance floor and that's exactly what Jason gave us! At the reception everyone was dancing so much that people missed our ice cream sundae bar and late night chicken nugget and fries...if that isn't a mark of a… great time I don't know what is! We all know the music drives the party and Ryan & team absolutely did that. The experience was extremely professional and EASY BREEZY which is a lot to ask at this point.
