I had to try to unlock a Visible phone in Singapore since we forgot to activate it while in the US (it was a gift to a family member so we kept the phone sealed in its package and never opened it…well that was a mistake).
I’ve never unlocked a CDMA phone before with an RSIM, especially one bought from an MVNO carrier. Visible doesn’t operate outside the US, so it was impossible to put the Visible card in and get it unlocked.
I brought literally all my RSIMs and spent a few hours yesterday and it never worked. I messaged support and he told me to download VPN Cat Master and connect it to

EXCELLENT! After days of research and carrier headaches .. with NO help from local repair shops I found this. It worked with a Sprint / T Mobile issue that was resolved in one min. The instant message Tech was immediatly responsive when the cards arrived .. I thought they would not fit .. but the inset pops out like Russian nesting dolls .. lol. Very Happy .. I brought in a motherboard from an old PC with blown caps. There were lots of places that turned down doing this kind of work, but not only did they take the job he replaced about a dozen caps while I waited. The price was good.
