Poor customer service!!!!! I took my daughter's jacket to have it monogrammed and was very dissatisfied with the way it turned out. Her name begins with a K but it looked like an H on the jacket. I expressed my dislike and the female associate told me it wasn't her fault I didn't like it because I chose the font style. And she agreed that it looked like an H. She allowed me to look at other font styles and explained it would be a $5 fee to remove the stitching but didn't inform me that I had to pay that plus a restricting fee in addition to the original stitching fee totaling $21 plus tax which
