I thought I rated this place before but here we go I would say that they are a little pricey but again everything and everywhere is nowadays anyway so go figure I have gotten an attitude from the different associates working the parts counter over the years but I been buying motorcycle parts off these folks for roughly 24+ years so I dealt with employees who aren't even there anymore its a good place and if they don't carry a part I've personally witnessed how far out of the way they go to get it for you a staple if not a institution philadelphia cycle center respect from a an original G

Let me just say that I couldn't have imagined a better experience when buying my first bike. I did a lot of research and shopped around to about 10 dealers in the area and in NY before making my decision and ultimately buying the Honda CB650R from Vince Jr. He was polite, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and most importantly (for me) genuine.
I called him on Wednesday looking for a particular bike, which he confirmed he had and said he would hold for me until Saturday (after showing serious interest to buy, of course). Saturday came and he had kept his word. The transaction then went smoothly

I would have put zero stars but I guess one will have to do. I made a phone call to this place to speak to a service rep. I spoke with someone named Vince. I explained what type of bike I have and the issues I'm having. I was given a price and a two week turnaround time. So I call back to find out if I can bring my bike in the next day to put it in line to be serviced and Vince said it would be fine. So I proceed to take off of work and rent a trailer to get my bike to the shop and Vince bursts out of the service office to tell me before I unload the bike, he will not be able to get to my bike

Thank you Vince and the crew at Phila Cycle Center. I lost my key fob on My 2008 Kawasaki Concourse. Unknown to me what that entailed. Vince was relentless in getting the matter resolved in every and any way possible . The matter was worsened by Covid and the issues with the supply chain from Japan. I picked my bike up today . My expectations were met a thousand fold. Three really big thank yous to Philly Cycle Center .

Got there on a very cold Saturday morning before opening. Owner-Vince let me in before 9 so I don’t have to stand outside and freeze my butt off. The tech- Carmine pulled the nail out and called me to the back to show exactly where it was, soaped up the puncture and took psi reading to ensure it wasn’t leaking. Peace of mind riding on 2 tires is worth a million bucks but these guys didn’t take a single $1. Grade A crew, go out of their way to take care of customers and never looking to rip you off. Bought this 2019 GoldWing barely 6 month ago from them. Straight forward and honest transaction

Bring your bike here for repairs you will be kicking yourself upon leaving. Their service SUX. The first time I brought my bike here for service and a recall. My bike ended up having more issues upon leaving than it did prior to me bringing it here. The check engine light kept appearing, brakes began making all kinds of noises, weird humming sound from the engine, scratches all over my brand new Goldwing.
This place outright is HORRIBLE. They miss the ball on customer service and what it takes to keep customer's coming back. If you don't believe what I'm telling you. Read what others

Literally terrible experience with sales here. If I could give zero stars I would. Came in knowing specifically what I wanted to look at and ready to walk out with a bike. Apparently the online prices aren't correct AND this dealer is breaking the law by not having specific verbiage about sales on their website. So don't come here and save yourself some time.

Saw a bike I was interested in on Cycle Trader. I live about 2 hours away, so called ahead and spoke with Vince. He not only answered all my questions but sent me additional pictures as well. When I arrived a week later, I showed up an hour before closing. I was able to take a quick test drive, and the bike was exactly what I wanted. Negotiations were easy, and I was satisfied with the price. I know it can sometimes take some time to complete a vehicle purchase, and even through we ran a bit past closing, no one there seemed bothered by helping me. I had to leave it there and have a shipper pick

I saw a bike advertised online. The bike had very low miles but was a couple years old. The price was attractive given the age of the bike. Drive out to see it and it's obviously been dropped as evidenced by scratches and scrapes on the bodywork and has mix-matched tires (different brands, one looked near the end of its life, the other one was pretty new) and dirt / mud inside the side cases. This is just not honorable ... if there are defects in a vehicle or product for sale, these should be disclosed in the advertisement. Nobody greeted me when I entered, however, a salesperson did

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Been in for a loan twice and both times the guy was very dismissive.
The guy: Have you ever had a loan?
Me: No.
The guy: mortgage, car payment???
Me: No. my credit's-
The guy: you're not gonna get approved.
*walks away*
Apparently, good credit doesn't mean anything there. Arrogant staff and not very welcoming. I'll never step foot back in that place.

I'll make is short
*Paid $139 for a rusted tanked service
*Tank still rusted
whatever acid they used destroyed my tank locking mechanism
*All Over a 3 week period though initial quote was 3days
*Serviced in service department before GM took over
*Conclusion: I'm out 139.00 and my tank is in a worse condition than when it was released to them

Been taking bikes here for years now. Great costumer service, great knowledgeable guys on the sales floor. My only issue with service has been communication. I suggest and urge people to call if you dont hear from them, they're the only shop in the city that works on certain bikes so they tend to get pretty busy, specially during season hours.

Don't go looking for a deal or any type of break. You won't find it here. I needed 2 tires on my Cross Country Cruiser, they gave me a price and I asked to see them b4 I agreed to buy them, I was told they were stored too high up to pull them down & I'd have to agree to buy them to see them. I didn't. I purchased my own, brought them to the shop & had them install them only to find out at ck out, they charged $35 per tire on top of the install fee bec I did not buy them from them.

Do NOT take your bike here for service! I was nearly killed because of their neglect! I took my KTM here for new tires and:

1) They forgot to re-attach my front brake caliper. I picked up my bike on Friday, 5/19, and took it for a ride on Saturday. I pulled over to investigate when I noticed a "clunking" sound. I was horrified to discover that the two caliper mounting bolts were almost completely backed out and my caliper was about to fall off (see video and pictures in the link above)
2) My pinch bolts

Went there today to get my first helmet and riding jacket, as I bought my first bike yesterday. The guy behind the counter (I forget his name) was super helpful with explaining to me what to look for in a helmet. He even took the time (despite having to answer the phone every 2 minutes) to show me how to properly fit a helmet, etc...
They gave me a decent discount for buying a helmet, jacket and gloves and we're all really nice guys. Couldn't be happier with my experience there.
The manager (Vince, I think) was helpful with explaining the motorcycle inspection to me as well.
Definitely

Just bought a Honda CRF250L from here and it was really a seamless experience. No hangups and everything went fast and easy. I know a lot of that is based on my credit and the info I have but still some places just don't have their stuff together. This wasn't the case. These guys are an assembly line of bike sellers. I watched like four people buy bikes and a bunch pick bikes up in the hour and a half I was there. Juan was very efficient. The only reason I didn't give five stars was be used they didn't explain much. It was pretty much wam bam thank you man. They were cool enough

I lived in Philadelphia all my life and even i know that this place does horrible work.
I took my GSXR there for warranty service. They found the problem right away, I also knew what the problem was before hand. All they had to do was order the replacement part and swap it out. Two weeks later part not ordered and bike still not fixed. So I got my Bike back and went else were and it was fixed the same day.(Thanks John owner of 2 wheel motor sports)
Please do not take your bike there if you want good service.
I only go there now to try on gear, then I order from Revzilla.( Better pricing)

This is a good one-stop motorcycle shop for anyone in the Philadelphia area. They have a decent selection, plenty of bikes to look at, knowledgeable employees and, in my experience, an efficient service shop. Their communication style can be somewhat short and to the point, but not unfriendly, and you may need to ask for help.
I took the classroom portion of my MSF course here and have been twice for service and at least twice for accessories. I kept waiting for something bad to happen based on the other reviews, but so far I have only had positive experiences.
They have a good number of bikes
