We are a family owned vineyard and winery located in Crenshaw County Alabama. We produce a variety of hand made wines from fruit produced in our vineyards. All fruit is hand harvested and processed into our South Ridge Wine. We offer a selection of different wines made from our native muscadine, Blanc DuBois, and Black Spanish or Lenoir grapes.
Services
This wine is made from our very own handpicked Carlos muscadine. We gently press the juice and ferment slowly to preserve the fruity and distinctive taste we all enjoy. A clean an refreshing white wine. This wine is cold fermented to preserve its tropical fruit taste. The wine is said to taste of peaches and pineapple, to tropical fruit with a hint of grapefruit.

Nice little winery with super friendly and informational owners. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a tasting and purchased a couple of bottles. Wines are mostly sweet, which is typical for the region. They have a couple of reds that are oaked which is a nice change. The tasting room is inside of a nicely decorated barn structure with a little bar to stand at at one end for tastings and an arrangement of local goods (like honey) to purchase on the other end. It also had a cute porch with tables and chairs overlooking the vines where it might be nice to sit with a bottle on warmer days.
