True to their name, the repair was done quickly (less than 24 hours to clone thousands of files and install a new hard drive), expertly, and at very reasonable cost, even compared to prices for computer repairs several years ago. I hope I don't need them often, but they will be my go-to from now on. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Brian Collins, along with his partner, David Tashbook, are a wonderful and unusual team that know what they are doing, and do it well.
In the last few weeks I've brought my laptop into Brian three times for separate issues, and he fixed the problems at their shop within a short time while I waited.

I needed to replace my laptop battery. Went to 6 places around LA and received nothing but runaround and BS.
Found these guys and not only did they immediately provide service but charged me less for labor as it took less than an hour. These days, you can't even call best buy and speak to anyone.
My laptop was back in my hands in 48 hours. Amazing. I'll be coming here exclusively for all my laptop and PC needs. If you're looking for quick, honest, knowledgeable and professional service, look no further. Thanks Brian!

Last week my computer screen went dark on me. As I had an important Zoom meeting scheduled the next day, I was a bit distressed. Locally, I found Brian and David's shop and made a call. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. Within the hour I was at their shop and they repaired my computer issue in 15 minutes! Considering I was contemplating having to buy a new laptop, I was overjoyed to have my computer functioning. Thank you David and Brian! You guys are lifesavers.

Outstanding, amazing, thee BEST!!!! I can't find enough words to describe my satisfaction. Hands down this is the best computer repair I've been to or even heard of from friends as well. These guys are the absolute best. Talked on the phone for a minute then brought in my desktop. They stopped what they were working on to immediately investigate and solve my hardware problem right then and there. If that wasn't wonderful enough, the price for the repair was incredibly low. SO incredible that I gladly tipped them 2.5 x their stated cost of repair. A hidden gem that I cannot recommend more highly.

I 10/10 recommend these friendly men for your computer repair needs! They were very efficient and SUPER fairly charged me in repairing my laptop screen that was popping out. The owner even stayed later when he didn't have to so that I could pick it up the same day after work. Look no further if you need help! :)

After my Mac screen died and I received ridiculous quotes from other places I found the hidden gem online. Thank goodness I did, not only did they save me money, they are honest and to the point which I love. Recently, my son's computer camera died and I took it in, they said it would be expensive to fix and suggested I just use a plug in camera instead, thanks for saving me a boat load of money...... Now, it is not your fancy PC store but if you want honest, reasonably priced, good work, this is your place!

Found this gem of a small business after a certain big box store's tech counter wanted me to make an appointment just to drop off my laptop. This place went above and beyond and didn't charge nearly what they should have. They were honest and didn't try to upsell me which I appreciated. Will definitely use them for my future tech needs.

Helpful. Available for my walk-in, free complementary diagnostic for my M.2 SSD drive to help me make necessary time-sensitive decisions.
Due to the drive malfunctioning and that it is still under warranty, they provided me an anti static bag and an extra shipping box they had around. Definitely went above what's expected.

And it was just that. Super quick super easy. I called last week requesting a quote, briefly explained my pc situation and they gave me a reasonable quote but did let me know it varies.
After dropping my laptop off Monday they let me know it was a quick fix and would call me with updates or questions. Within hours I heard back letting me know what was actually wrong with my pc and they double checked it was ok to proceed, which was completely awesome of them. I let them know prior that I was working with a tight budget in these hard times they totally

I just received very friendly and expert service for a reasonable price. Beside tuning up my PC, David and Brian fully restored my Outlook email so I could once again send email. During the last year other two other PC repair specialists have tried but were unable, so for this accomplishment I believe five stars is warranted.

The people at Quick N Easy PC repair are first rate. Our office does not have an in house IT person, so we often have time sensitive technical difficulties, and our IT tech, David is always here quickly to help.
David is knowledgeable, friendly, and has excellent suggestions for how to improve out tech in the office. He has done everything from repair an entire router meltdown to assist our office manager in selecting a new printer.

Took my son’s laptop here three times this year (ugh). Each time they evaluated the issue and then gave me an estimate for the repair. They kept in mind the age and brand of the machine and whether or not the repairs would be worthwhile. They have me a very fair recommendation which I appreciated.
The last time we went he took a look on the spot and was able to identify and fix the problem in about 10 minutes!
