We used Rock Star Limo as transportation to a concert venu. I recieved two calls from the owner the day of the event confirming the details and multiple calls from the driver Marty updating us as to where he was and if we needed anything. I have used limo services multiple times in the past but these guys did a great job. Thank you. You are Rock Stars. H

This is the absolute worst limo we have ever been in. We were a group of friends going to an event about 30 miles away and decided to rent a party bus. The pictures on the website looked nice but what a disappointment and embarrassment to me as I was the person booking it.
It was old, dirty and had absolutely no shocks at all. Every bump on the road sent the beverages we were holding splashing all over the place. Lights were hanging down from the ceiling, carpet around the bottom of the bench seats had pulled away in numerous places and there were dirty looking crumbs or leaves on the seats.

Rented a limo for my daughters prom April 25th 2020 and of course due to coronavirus the prom was cancelled. Limo service refused to refund my deposit. I put down more than was required as a deposit and they still refused to refund my money. I feel this is very unfair due to the coronavirus thing. Everyone should be entitled to a refund because it is not our fault the event was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS

They are a very unprofessional company to deal with.
Yes they are reasonably priced, but know I see why.
Anytime you call the company they just say hello, so who knows if you got the right number or not. I got married 10/19/19 and the driver was almost 30 mins late, didn't know where he was going when he was given addresses and directions. I was late for everything on my wedding day. No one at this company responds to you when you have a complaint either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I reserved what I thought was a party bus over a year in advance for my wedding. The day of the wedding the driver showed up saying that the final payment wasn't made (it was, the week before) in a stretch limousine (not what I had requested) with a broken air conditioning unit (so that the makeup and hair do's that the girls spent a lot of time and money on all morning were melted off by the time we got to the church, and all of the men had sweat stains on their jackets for the pictures) as well as a broken speaker system.
