Services
The growth of residential communities within Burlington County has led to an increased need for home horticulture and home gardening information. To foster the educational goals and outreach mission of both Burlington County and Rutgers Cooperative Extension, Demonstration Plots were established at the Agricultural Center.
The Agricultural Center offers a unique outdoor setting for catered events, such as wedding receptions, fundraisers, corporate parties, business meetings, and private parties. The rustic Market Barn measures 105' x 40' and has a maximum capacity of 175. The Barn is open on two sides. The Market Plaza is a concrete pad that measures approximately 105' x 110'.

Very busy day for the fall holiday market! Parking was challenging with the overflow lot full & closed, but just had to be patient. The weather was a perfect fall day so it was nice to walk around shopping listening to music. It was the usual vendors with a few seasonal ones. I still wasn't able to get my home made salsa which was disappointing, I have to wait until the December market.

This is a great local farmers market where you can support local farmers and crafts people. Supporting small businesses is very important. Many of the fruits and vegetables are grown locally and picked that morning so the taste is indescribable.
This is definitely the place to be in the summer and not the produce section of your grocery store. There's also local performers providing music for your shopping pleasure.
Right now they are requiring masks and dogs are not allowed.

I've been to many Farmers Markets in my day and sorry to say, this one was NOT worth the trip. Slim pickings on vendors and pricing on produce, etc is waay overinflated. Can get better deal @ the local grocery.... The crowd's on the older, stuffier side and the parking is way insufficient for the volume of cars.... seems this is the case because it's the only Farmer Market in the area!
Save your time & money and go to the Collingswood Farmers Market.

If going to supermarkets makes you depressed and angry (like myself) then head over to the Burlington County Community Agriculture Center on Saturdays for their seasonal farmers' market. I've finally found a place to meet and greet area farmers and growers and buy food direct in one space. This place also has community gardens!
A much more enjoyable way to buy food: music playing, BBQ place bumping, dog friendly!
I went this past Saturday for the first time and plan on making it a weekly thing. We bought heirloom tomato plants, quail eggs, mushrooms, radishes, and more.
