If I could give zero stars I would!! I made an appointment between 2 and 4. That day of he informed me it was between 3 and 5. The technician called at 4:15 and said he was on his way. Even with the change in schedule, they were a NO SHOW, NO CALL!! I was informed that they would be at my home at 3 the following day, again NO SHOW NO CALL!! NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I called the office and the women could care less about my issue. This is NOT a company you want to deal with.

The men were professional, wore face masks and shoe covers, told us everything about what they were doing, and then about the job afterwards. We will be recommending Duct Technology to everyone. Clean duct well and also clean dirt later.
Cons- They doesn’t say all prices upfront and other charges are said when they come.
And one of guy while cleaning AC, he made AC connection got loosed, bcoz of it my ac stop working after few mins. I had switch off AC and now we are without AC. And guy said while going it was like that. It is really bad experience when this happened

How many times does a customer have to call and email in a span of 3 to 4 months to get a response from the business? Hiring this company for services is pretty much equal to paying someone to come to your home and break something. So on top of paying for horrible customer service, no work done and broken equipment, you will be paying more to hire someone else to fix what this company broke.

I was going to use their service just when I am in need for it, they serviced people who are close to me. They did do a good job, neither finished it. For a dryer vent cleaning, they didn’t do the outside part, and when they were asked to do so, they were upset and rude. I overheard over the phone when the guy was talking with a nasty attitude to my husband so I decided to luck elsewhere for nicer Technicans.

Been using these guys for about 5 years at our previous residence and now at our new place. I was rather surprised to see the bad reviews as I've never had a problem with them. They handle our HVAC ducts, laundry dryer duct and chimney cleaning. They've always been good with scheduling - they get out to us within days of our calling, they offer a reasonable window of arrival, they come when they say they're going to come and they get the job done efficiently. This company was fantastic! They called and asked if they could come 30 minutes earlier as they finished pervious house early. They were very professional, friendly and thorough! They showed us everything they were doing, everything they found and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!!!! A++++. And if that wasnt enough therr price was reasonable!!

Had my dryer vent cleaned and they replaced the foil in the back the tech said it had holes in it and that it was dangerous/can cause fire etc, well today I had my washer serviced and he informed that my foil for the dry was poorly installed and it had rips and holes in it, I know the washer guy didn't do cause I was with him the whole time, he was about to take pictures of it, but I wanted it on my camera...highly doubt the company will be interested in them...well thanks to "Immediate Appliances" it is corrected..ty Jerome from "IA"

Disappointed that for the price I paid I had to complete their job. 1. They showed up 1 hr 45 mins late (outside their time window.) 2. My wife communicated, in English, where all the vents on the main floor were. And once they were ready for the lower level, to let her know and that she would show him where they were. 3. I had them Swrvice my ducts upon a recommendation from someone. They ended up being a lot more money than their quote and did half the job. Left dirty finger prints on my walls and ceilings. A few months later I have noticed dirty vents and dryer issues from vents they did and did not so. I made an appointment to have them come back. They never showed after I waited several hours for them. I called and the receptionist told me she would call me back. No call. I called the next day and made another appointment.
