This is camping in Indiana at its finest: just nature and you in a beautiful, natural setting. We have two playgrounds. One is located in the back of the campground, the other is conveniently located next to our Recreation Hall/Bath House, offering children a great way to have some old-fashioned fun.

Pioneer Family Campground is a traditional outdoor experience that's only 35 miles from northwest Indiana cities and just 90 driving minutes from Chicago. Peaceful and rustic, our Indiana camping sites offer a perfect place for a retreat, reunion weekend or a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
First are foremost, PFC is a Family Campground where people come to have fun, relax and escape the stress of every day life. Common respect is expected from all who camp here. Disrespectful behavior & Offensive language is not tolerated. Minors must be on their campsite by 11 pm, Parents are responsible for the actions and damages caused by their children.
