So far not good. I ordered a product and was told it would arrive for pickup 5 days later but was not ready on day promised and when called said product still not received so 3 days later I go to store and they could not find my order they made so they reordered and promised it would arrive in another 3 days. I will see.

We had our logs installed today and love them. When we went into store Emily was nice and helpful. She gave me her cell to text her due to my hearing disability. Logs came in in a reasonable time due to COVID. Today Jon our installer text to let me know he was 10 min away and headed to the house. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He made sure I understood the way to use the remote, how long to let logs burn out from factory, told me a few dos and dont’s and how often we should do maintenance. I will make sure Jon comes out for that. You can always tell when someone is happily

Not sure how they keep the doors open if they do business with others the way they did me. I bought a fireplace from them in 2013 and they came and installed. This winter, 2019, I needed to replace the back refractory panel as it had cracks. On 3 different days I called and they took my information with a promise that I'd hear back from them ASAP. That was the first week of November. It's December 12th and I still haven't received that call. I found a replacement online, and I'll never recommend them to anyone else.
