Really impressed with Downs Mechanical. I called them to get a quote on our hot water heater, and Bill was able to come over right away to take a look. Our water heater was installed with no problems. Fast turn-around, great price, and easy to get ahold of. I had a problem with my boiler late at night on a Friday evening.

One heat zone would not turn off. Called Downs Mechanical in Edwards around 10am and the owner Bill was here by noon as promised. This was in January, busy season for plumbers. Bill was great, fixed the problem within an hour, including trip to supplier for part. Also, since I wanted to know, he kindly explained things to me. Asked him to put me on his list for annual maintenance. A plumber I will look forward to seeing again.
