I booked a car for me, my wife and our dog for ride from home to Boston airport for a private plan trip. Received a confirmation email so all appeared in place. Driver showed up 5 minutes late and had all the windows rolled down, in Boston MA temp about 25 degrees so it was freezing inside car. I had to roll our 3 suitcases to car a put in back of SUV the driver sat in car. Then he saw 30lb dog and said had to be in cage???
Told him that was unacceptable he said ok make sure dog sits on my wife lap so the seat does not get dirty. We leave for airport and driver is on his cell phone driving 40

I booked two airport transfers with Boston City Ride for a large group of people. I thought that the fares were reasonable and the timing was very punctual. Both of our drivers were on-time, professional, and accommodating. We used a suburban and a 10 passenger van - both were clean and comfortable. If I am ever in the Boston area again, I will use Boston City Ride.

This Limo company was absolutely TERRIBLE. My wife and I booked a limo pickup for when we returned home at Logan International. Once we arrived at the pickup location in the parking garage there was no cars in sight. We asked the attendant at the kiosk that was there and he said the driver may be late and to wait. After about 10 minutes my wife got a call from someone at this company telling her our driver would be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes late.
Knowing that we lived only a 40 minute drive away, my wife and I told the representative on the phone we were gonna take another ride home and he IMMEDIATELY

We were quoted one amount, great. Received an email confirmation later that day for 20% higher. Not great, but fine, we were prepared to move forward. 18 hours before the reservation (a Friday night no less), they call us to say it’ll be $200 more - just enough time to make sure we can’t cancel and book somewhere that’s clear about their pricing up front. How unethical.

We booked super last minute and everything was 5 star service from start to finish. Ask for Saida as your driver if you can, she was so much fun, a great driver and very professional. Will definitely book again.
PS. To the other reviewer that said the price was changed, when I booked they were up front that the quoted fee included all tolls and tip. The website does not include those things which is why they may have seen a price difference.

This is the second time I am making use of Boston limo services. The first on my wife’s birthday, we went on a tour with her friends and the driver was more than eager to be our tour guide and the second time was on our wedding anniversary.
