Circle Oak Ranch is the most INCREDIBLE wedding venue and is absolutely GORGEOUS. We got married back in June and continue to talk about how amazing the wedding was every single day. We absolutely LOVED everything and can not thank Jennifer, Kendra, and Chelsea enough. It was stunning! I got married here on November 20, 2021. It was the most magical night I could have ever imagined. The venue is beautiful you can tell that Jennifer and her husband have put a lot of time and energy making it the perfect wedding venue. The staff was on top of every aspect of the night. Pre-planning was so organized and you can just know their staff really cares about each wedding. We worked with Kendra and I can not recommend her more! She was fantastic. If you are looking for a venue this is the one!

I just photographed an incredible wedding here yesterday! It was my first time here and it's absolutely gorgeous! I have to say the added bonus of this very special place are the people here who are working to make sure their couples and their family and friends have the most incredible day! They were one step ahead of everything bringing the bride and groom drinks after photos, having the truck ready to transport to the top of the hill at the perfect time for sunset photos, coordinating SO much and simply going above and beyond. It was a phenomenal experience as a vendor so I can only imagine

Best wedding I've ever been to. This venue is amazing. The ceremony was under a beautiful tree with plenty of seating. We had cocktails out on the patio, very green and light atmosphere. The dinner area was the breath taking dim twinkling lights and dinner under the trees ❤ I prefer vegetarian meals and theirs was delicious

My daughter was married here in June of 2021 and it was spectacular. Not only is the setting incredible, but Jennifer and all the staff felt like family and went above and beyond. Jennifer was filled with grace… and helped every step on the wedding day and the rehearsal day. She is an incredible person who loves what she does. Everyone who was on staff and who assisted were complete professionals, ready to troubleshoot any problem that arose, and were deeply kind along the way. You want to keep coming back to weddings at their ranch just to be around them!

My son was married here over the weekend, not only was the venue most beautiful but the staff so professional and accommodating. I totally would recommend this venue for weddings. We had a large wedding party with 150 guests, which could of been tricky to stay on schedule but everything was on time and went as planned. Our wedding coordinator did a supreme job.

Recently attended a beautiful wedding here. Download offline maps before you head over because I had no service with T-Mobile. The drive was a bit rough (for some reason the GPS took me on a narrow dirt road winding up through the mountains) and made me a bit nervous.
The venue was gorgeous. Well maintained and manicured lawn. I was really impressed.

Wonderful place to get married! We have been here a couple times as a wedding vendor and love the way the staff treats other vendors and their guests and couples. It is about 20 minutes from Fallbrook and 25 minutes from old Temecula. We are Ruby Bloom Floral Design and love coming to Circle Oak Ranch!

My husband and I got married at the ranch about 3 months ago, and the entire day was an absolute dream! We could not have picked a better wedding venue. Not only is the property beautiful, but Ron, Jennifer, and their staff help make everything as stress-free as possible. Jennifer is extremely organized and makes herself available to answer… questions throughout the entire planning process. Ron and Jennifer work hard to keep their property beautiful and are always making improvements and updates. Their kindness and hospitality made the experience that much more enjoyable for us and our guests

I recently got married here in August of 2018 and I can not say enough. From touring to the day of, everything went perfectly. At least it felt that way because if anything did come up, Jennifer and her team took care of it before I even knew it was a problem. For example, our marriage license was accidentally left at the venue and run over by a car. Only later did I learn that she searched the property, found it, and mailed it herself.
The venue is thoughtfully designed and beautiful. My guests came up to me all night asking "How did you find this place?."
