This bank and their representatives will not stand by or honor their word. Is this the type of bank you want to give your business to?
A representative at this bank had offered to assist with past (5 year old) late payment removal from credit report. This representative had advised to call again some 6 months later after the 1st of the year to be removed. Based on Good Faith and several loans with this bank (which had been paid and closed over 5 years ago) we figured we could wait a few more months. Today a bank representative calls back denying this could be done and would not stand behind one
