Services
Laser Procedures include Laser Hair Removal, Laser Facials for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, Laser Vein Therapy for spider veins and telangiectasias, and Laser Removal of skin discolorations. The Apogee Elite Laser from Cynosure is in use at Family Medical and Wellness Center of The Palm Beaches.

This is the worse provider office my husband and I have had. The providers are fine but the reaching the staff has been the worse. We were recommended this provider by Tricare, after moving to the West Palm Beach area. The front office is extremely difficult to reach for simple RX refills. You are forced to take time off work to go in and request refills or referrals.

I have never had such an awful, unprofessional experience at a physician's office.
I chose FMWC after moving to the area and needed a new PCP. I began experiencing some unpleasant dizziness and thought it may be related to an ongoing medical condition, so I set up an appointment with FWMC. It took me over an hour to set up this appointment as I had to call numerous times, be put on hold for upwards of 20+ minutes each time just to get hung up on or told that the voicemail was full. This should have been it for me, but I heard wonderful things about the physicians at the office, so I pressed on

This is one of the worst experiences i have had with receptionists out of any i have every dealt with . I have had abnormal side effects from prescriptions that I was taking and needed to see a doctor immediately to confirm it was normal. I called for 2 weeks and left multiple urgent voicemails and never got even a courtesy call back or an apology. I had to go into the office to get anyone’s attention and when i told the office that no one had returned my calls, not a single apology was issued and i had the receptionists make excuses as to why i hadn’t had a call back. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Glover's and Nurse Practitioner Heather Louguidice (no longer there) for about 10 years. We really love Dr. Glover and appreciate her professionalism, her thoroughness, and her bedside manner. My biggest struggle over the years, which has almost caused us to leave a few times, has been the office staff (which is collectively not very personable), and getting phone calls through as well as receiving calls back. I have been with this practice for 10 years. The doctors (Dr. Glover and Dr. Vizcaino) are awesome. They have been on-point with my medical challenges. Its a shame I had to terminate my relationship with my physician due to unprofessional staff. I’ve made numerous of calls and left messages and none returned. I’ve gotten bills in the mail for copays which are incorrect because copays are collected before going in the back. Office manager is never available or in the office when I go in. Today was my last attempt after 9 months of trying to get ahold of my doctor. The lady in charge of billing told me that I’m their system shoes where they talked to me about making a follow up appointment in July. It really just escalated my anger to where
