Services
We specialize in precision form grinding of intricate shapes on long slender materials. P-20 & 4140 pre-hard steel are most commonly used. Components are routinely ground straight and parallel to within.0005" up to 36" long and.001" up to 60" long. Most components need corrosion and wear protection.
4th-axis integrated single point tangent radius wheel dresser, beefy ways and spindle bearings are adjusted to tighter than original manufacturers' specifications, dynamically balanced spindle, vertical spindle attachment and all fixtures necessary to grind any angle or shape and to the hardness of materials.
A pultrusion die should give a processor confidence that it will perform without fail to produce a quality finished product. Our goal is to optimize production line speeds, visual appearance and reduce scrap. We recognize that flow surface integrity is the single most important attribute a pultrusion die has to offer.

Called and asked for "Greg" Probably the rudest person I've ever talked to. in my life.
Screamed at me. When I was trying to inquire about this business.
I would not do business with Greg-- extremely unprofessional. Not a good look for the business at all.
