Yes, as long as you go to a reputable artist that is following all recommended safety precautions. All artist at Sacred Skin are licensed and certified by the Florida Department of Health. Everyone has a different tolerance to pain. I'm not going to kid you, though - it does hurt. Just not that much.

John was the best!! I absolutely love the tattoo I was given. My friend and I came here on a whim and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They worked very patiently with us to determine what size and design adjustments should be made to end up with the best looking, longest-lasting result. This was my first professionally done tattoo, and they did a great job making us both feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. I couldn't be happier - highly recommend! :)

Artist are phenomenal, willing to listen to what you want and find a way to make it work or make it more classy. excellent hygiene, shop is clean and artist books are well put together. Each artist has his own niche and all of the artist collaborate on the design when it's coming together.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my tattoos, they are beautiful and I get compliments everywhere I go. BUT they just straight up don’t respond when you try and make an appointment, which has made me feel unwelcome and like a waste of their time.
Again the work is amazing, But the total lack of response from them has frustrated me to the point of finding a new artist.

Umm okay so Chad??? Is like the best??? He just absolutely killed this flower tattoo on my arm. I am absolutely in love with it. It's my first big tattoo and I couldn't be more proud of it. I'm so thankful I went to Chad for my watercolor floral tattoo.

I came here last year as a walk-in with a friend to impulsively get tattoos, and they were able to accommodate both of us immediately. I got a little snake behind my ear (i don't remember the artist's name but it was a younger woman) and my friend got a large detailed line-work mandala design on his arm, we're both super happy with how they turned out. 10/10!
