Pick up's and delivery may be scheduled in advance at any time. However, this information must be submitted NO later than 7 AM on the desired day of service. Please call 888-559-5539, Press 0 to schedule. Please Note: If you reside in a security locked building, our drivers must be able to access a common area to pick up and deliver your clothing.
Delivery Customers: Simply bag items to be repaired in any plastic bag; enclose a note with specific repair instructions. Place this bag within your personalized valet bag with any other clothes to be cleaned. Items to be repaired will be cleaned, unless brand-new and/or marked "repair only." These items will be returned at a later date.
We specialize in the handling of fur cold storage. Your fur will be safely stored in a humidity climate controlled cold storage vault to prolong the life of your fur coat. The cost of fur storage which includes insurance, is calculated on the value of the coat. We can provide additional insurance for you, if needed.

I'm in tears. I gave them my shearling jacket for cleaning and one small rip repair and got it back with the material practically deteriorated and full of holes. I asked them before I gave it to them if they were ok with vintage material and they said yes. Now my jacket is ruined. It was my grandfathers and he is dead now, so this is truly heartbreaking. I tried calling to report this and a manager has not been in.
