I reached out to David (owner) about a side by side he had listed online for sale. He was very kind and easy to deal with. We drove all the way from VA to pick it up and everything was ready and the transaction was completely hassle free. Was tasked by my husband to purchase a battery for his motorcycle while he was at work. Called, gave ALL the info a person humanely can about the bike (year, make, model, even had the title incase I needed to give VIN). They told me that they had the battery in stock, quoted a price to me. I went down and picked up the battery, came home, followed the directions, getting it ready for the husband so he could care for install ect.
That night after the shop had closed the husband took the seat off the bike, removed the old battery, went to install the new and it did NOT fit!

Good ole guys running a typical small business. I don't really understand the two people complaining. He complained about no workability in price, yet bought a unit. Complained about the fees, yet doesn't realize every dealer charges those because they get billed for freight and such. Busy signal usually means they are busy, not that they don't want to talk to you. I'm in the shop all of the time and have yet to see anyone leave the phone on because they didn't want to talk to people. Good guys here.

Very odd place to do business. Between the ludicrous fee's, the asinine interest they charge and the absolutely ZERO workability for prices. It's expensive. They'll advertise a 1,500-2,000 down payment...which seems well and good, BUT then the pain comes when you're reading your loan paperwork and realize that they not only force you to pay license tags and title, but they also have ''other'' dealer fee's that conveniently add up to and sometimes exceed your down payment so not only do you start from scratch, you can actually end up paying more than the advertised price.
