Scammed or Honest Mistake? I have learned a lot about websites in the two years after hiring Greenvine by trying to fix our site. Greenvine created it to be custom and not the easy $6K Wordpress site they sold us on. I was going to manage it so made it clear from the first call I am NOT tech savvy. Assured they were the ones to create a site and train me to use it, we went with them. What they didn't tell us upfront is that they outsource their web design to India. One of our post-Greenvine web designers looked into it and he could pay $10 an hour for designer in India to do his job. Makes sense

Caitlyn is attentive, available and professional. She listens intently and makes great recommendations . I really trusted Greenvine Marketing for my SEO. For a while, it seemed like things were going very well. Then Google updated their system and they got my website severely penalized. I went from being on the first page on most of my key words to pages 9-10. I had 3 different companies tell me that GreenVine purchased "fake" websites and linked my website to them. A practice that will get you penalized by Google. Greenvine denied doing this but I saw the proof.

On Monday, I found out my small business website had been hacked. I called Green Vine Marketing in a bit of a panic. Within 24 hours of starting work, they cleaned up my site, updated my WordPress and various plugins, and took steps to prevent future hacks. My business depends on my website running smoothly, so it was a huge relief to have it fixed and working properly again.
