Stay away!!! This company installed a new well on our street recently. They immediately blocked my driveway and 1 other driveway, stayed there 2 hours, until I asked them to move the truck. They trampled hoses, gear and supplies across 4 different yards, and drove heavy machinery on 2 different yards that was NOT their customers. They also sprayed well sludge on another property for 20 mins after digging the well, destroying and flooding grass. Most workers were bare-back with lovely underwear hanging out. Totally unprofessional crew with no regard or respect for other's property. I will never

So I rarely give bad reviews and while the work that was or has yet to be finished has been in quality the responsiveness from the company and the professionalism or communication has left a very sour taste. After taking over a month with no communication from the company, and after I call to cancel “there going to show up and perform the work last week” come in on Thursday and install the well. And I will say they did a good job and very clean and organized. Asked when they will return To install the well head and pump and was told the very next day. So they show up on Friday without alerting

We have a problem with the check valves that gave us extremely low water pressure. Called three times and talked to someone who said she does not do the scheduling but that she would leave her a message and and have her call me back. The fourth time I called the same person answered again and I told her it was the fourth time I've called and and the scheduler never call back. She said she just stepped out and would be back in 5 to 10 minutes and promised she have her call me right back. Never happened. They may do great work but if you can't get them to come out what good are they

I can't comment on the quality of their work because I couldn't get them to call me back. I called 3 times for well service (Left 1 message, talked to someone twice and was assured a call back). That call never came. After 5 days of no water, I watched a couple YouTube videos and replaced pump myself. If you're the slightest bit handy, you're better off doing it yourself.

John's dug & installed our well 12 1/2 years ago...even went deeper at my husbands request. Just had our 1st issue on a Sunday...called back immediately & said they could come that day...I wanted to wait for the next day & they were here early. Checked everything...found a problem sensor & replaced it. Told me the well is good & all other parts working well, which I thought was good to know. The charge was very reasonable...way less than I guessed. The entire experience was great. Call John's 1st & always

Customer service stinks. Do they ever call back? Is anyone ever in the office to actually answer a phone? Oh and if you do make an appointment, don't actually expect to see them then. Yet, we stuck with them to drill our well. Now it needs a part, plumber standing there waiting because they said they'd bring it yesterday or early this morning. Still waiting - can we get hold of anyone? No. So disgusted.
