Hack mechanic. Have had to bring pressure washer back multiple times after I was charged for repairs. One machine was brought back three times. Once bolts were falling out, another time the pump wasn't installed correctly and the shaft connector broke. Pump wasn't properly serviced.
Owner got defensive after the third time bringing machines back.
