Jeff Marut serves as company President as well as field manager in charge of daily operations. Jeff is a 1994 graduate of Edinboro University with a BS in Communications. We are members of Ohio Wastewater Association, National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association, and recently received advanced certified installer waste-water treatment systems through the National Environmental Health Association.

Marut & Sons is a third generation family owned business serving northeast Ohio since 1945. We offer a full range of services specializing in onsite waste-water. We take pride in our septic system maintenance program where we currently provide semi-annual maintenance to over 800 customers. The Miller Paul Marut 5k run/walk established in 2005 is an annual event that benefits the Riverside Local School District in Painesville Township, Ohio.

As life would have it, I'm part of the 25% of the population that has to deal with having a septic system in my home. The septic system we have is original to our house from 1953. That said, we have no idea how well it has been maintained throughout the years.
I've been living in my home for 5 years now. I've never had an issue with my septic. The moment I did, Scott was at my house within a very short time. (He actually came highly recommended by Mr. Sewer Rooter, in Painesville. That's another great review there, because as you know, all these local boys are in cahoots
