Mr. Misko is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law. Notably, during his law school career, he won the prestigious Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips Scholarship for scholastic merits. After law school, he continued to grow his knowledge and service though membership to various professional associations.
Among his many associations, Ben is a sustaining member of the National Association of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Louisiana Association for Justice (LAJ). I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of The Law Offices of Benjamin Misko. I am most pleased with the "favorable" outcome of my case. The team (Mable, Aaron and Benjamin) were very professional and prompt. With these types of cases you must discuss personal information and they made me feel most comfortable. My initial concern was that we never actually met in person but they were so thorough and took the time to understand my situation. They never missed a beat! Mr. Aaron spent hours on the phone with me going over my charts and records and the emails we exchanged were like talking to a friend. He never made me feel a shame or embarrassed by my disabilities we were talking about! He was so professional and friendly. By the end of my case they were more like family!

Attorney Misko was an awesome attorney to work with. He made sure my case was taken serious and was well handled. He did an awesome job handling it. His staff was also awesome, especially Mrs Mable.
