The Firm was founded by Siobhan E. Moran in 1996. Siobhan E. Moran and Andrew P. Karamouzis both began their legal careers in the litigation department at Shearman & Sterling LLP, a leading internationally recognized law firm.
After several years at S&S, Siobhan E. Moran served as in-house counsel at several Fortune 50 companies including MetLife and United HealthCare, during which she developed a deep understanding of the corporate client's legal department goals and business objectives.In 1998, Mr. Karamouzis joined the Firm as a partner, bringing to the table his considerable litigation experience.

Ms. Moran began her legal career in the litigation department of Shearman & Sterling, a leading international law firm based in New York City, where she concentrated on commercial and corporate litigation from 1987 to 1992. Ms. Moran's practice centered on complex corporate and commercial litigation, including banking matters, securities, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, and real estate matters.
We represent a number of high-profile clients in complex corporate and commercial litigation, including jury and non-jury trials, appeals and class actions, mediations and arbitrations (AAA and NASD).
