Fly by night title company. Use a reputable company and do not go through premier like I did. Extremely unhelpful trying to resolve issues with extra title insurance I purchased and they sold off to a company in Chicago and tell me not to contact premier again about it. Now 10 months later they decline my claim, no other communications provided despite months of inquiring. Now it'll be a challenge to keep the house. Worst decision I made to use premier. Learn from my mistakes and do not use premier
