Russell Schultz racially discriminated against me, as a Native American woman. He only feigned an attempt to gather purely physical health records. He refused to send a release form for my mental health records from Indian Health Services and his reason was: "You have to be mindful of my time." He deemed sending for my complete mental health… records as a waste of his time. Then when confronted today, he denied that he said it in a very dismissive way.
