How are you a bondsman? Completely unprofessional! I call to get help bonding out my fiancé just for them to take all my information about the situation 5 minutes later to say they are not currently doing bonds. Why waste my time and yours when you could’ve told me to begin with that your not doing bonds.

I had the pleasure of speaking to a woman who answered phone and she was ok the first day i spoke to her about a bail for my kids father she told me that they don't do boy friend girl friend because of past with other clients ok well respected i called the second day my daughter was gonna try to sign him out ok i just asked she went off me she not gonna turn him in you can't make the rules for us i know that as a adult i am can not make rules for someone else business but she needs to serious get some people skills she should stop talking to customers like that because that is very unkind and disrespectful

The first time I've ever needed help from this type of industry, they were absolutely the nicest and most helpful people. Seems like a heartless industry but they had nothing but heart! Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but for anyone that does need bail bonds I'd recommend them any day of the week.

This by far is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. They told use to meet them there at the jail at 300. We got there 9mins early they didn't show up till 330. While my family and I sat in the parking lot, mind you with a one year old. Then we get a nasty phone call at which time, they tell use they don't do buissness in the parking lot ,they told use to meet them. The lady has no couth and is very disrespectful.

Never experienced such racism in my life. My fiance last name is Hernandez and because of that she was refused service from this company. When I told the lady her name she immediately asked how long she had been in the country and if she was legal. She is a 37 year old white American woman who has lived in northwest Florida her whole life and was refused service over the phone simply because her last name is of Hispanic descent. After I told the lady she was American she took a little more information and then said she would call back. She called back to say she needed more proof she was from here

Shockingly surprised they have a 5 star review I called there not knowing anything about bondsman my boyfriend called prior a lady answered to inform the lady I knew nothing about how it works and to give her additional information. She called me and was extremely rude right off the bat she told me they don't usually do boyfriend and girlfriend cosighning and I told her i understood but my boyfriend doesn't have anyone his parents are gone and he doesn't have anyone else and it seemed as if she thought i was lying? She continued to ask me questions in a rude manner and I asked her if I could speak
