Welcome to the Oak Grove Mobile Home & RV Park website. We offer Old Florida Style living in a quaint little paradise setting, just moments away from the beautiful beaches of Englewood, Florida. We are a resident-owned 55+ community with a combination of full time, part time and RV residents that make the community a wonderful place to live.

The Homeowners Association is made up of all the shareholders, with an elected Board of Directors who manage the park with the assistance of the Park Manager. Scheduled activities are offered through the Acorn Club. The park also offers many amenities to its residents.
Services
In 1955, Abe & Rose Kennedy, with Abe's parents, started to build Oak Grove Trailer Park on 20 acres of Palmetto-covered land. This land was first purchased by Abe's Aunt & Uncle, and his parents. Later, Abe traded his property in Englewood Isles for his Aunt and Uncle's half-share of Oak Grove. The first construction was a combination bath house and laundry room built by Abe and Rose on Lot 18A.
As a courtesy to our homeowners and the public, we will attempt to feature available listings in the Oak Grove MHP. If you are interested, please notify the contacts directly. The office does not handle inquiries on these properties. Please be advised that we require prospective new owners to complete an Owner Application Packet which must be approved prior to purchase.

Visited a family member. Friendly and neighborly atmosphere (welcoming). A fun place to be. Yet peaceful and quiet. Yards all looked nice. As far as a few stops signs, as another mentioned by another reviewer, are basically there to keep speed and safety in check.

Small friendly resident owned mobile home Park. Pool, clubhouse, shuffle board, cards or billiards in the clubhouse in the evenings are a few things to do. Also dances a few times a year and a Park picnic with auction. Just an easy lifestyle, nothing elite, just homey. So close to Manasota beach, that you can ride your bike there. If driving is your thing, there are 3 other beaches every 4 miles on Manasota Key. Don't forget to look for shark's teeth at the beach (don't worry, their thousands of years old). Florida at it's best & most relaxing.

Visited a friend there. Quiet, safe, clean but a little outdated. Great for a season.

This is cozy mobile home park. The units are older, but everything is neat and tidy. The residents were very friendly.

Friendly Community. New to RVing. Chris was extremely helpful in getting setup. Water, sewage, and power hookups were close to RV. Concrete patio was also nice. Amenities were great. Bath house, heated pool, Rec room with pool table, community activities include: bingo, coffee club, yard sale, bake sale. Great 55+ community.
