Additional charges may apply for size and/or Vehicle condition such as soil, pet hair, or paint condition. The Hot Water Extractor provides the cleaning power needed for tough upholstery and carpet stains. The Extractor emits a hot soapy water solution and sucks dirty cleaning water solution from seats and carpets.
Our ASE certified technicians will perform a free courtesy 24 point safety inspection on all vehicles that are serviced at our facility. The results of the 24 point vehicle inspection can be viewed directly from your cell phone and will include descriptions as well as pictures notating any recommended services.
The Unlimited Wash club keeps your car shining all the time. As a member you enjoy benefits of washing your call as often as you like, no long term contract, and convenient monthly billing. Every wash club at 5 Star Auto Spa pays for itself in 2 visits or less. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your membership to ensure there is no lapse of service.

I went to 5 star auto spa and purchased the "mini detail" for $85 I also purchased a $80 carpet cleaning totaling $165. First off.. the carpet cleaning was good. No issues,
However the interior of the vehicle was left with a tremendous amount of "skips"
Mainly the dashboard that was entirely skipped.
I spoke with 3 managers about this. Two of them at the location after the detailing. Only to find out that they sell the " full detailing" for the SAME PRICE as the mini when factoring in the carpet cleaning add on.
The only difference is the "mini" is

I had been going to this car wash for 4 years and the last 3 their quality of service had been going down and this last visit on Saturday did it for me. Never again will go there to get my car washed. 4 years I have been coming here and they have always vacuumed the back of my small suv in the price of the package I NEVER had to pay extra well now they are charging $4.00 to vacuumed the back of my car and it is 3 swipes and you have to pay extra to have the back window wiped too. I would think $40.00 would get your floors vacuumed and all the windows wiped. It was was the best around but

Brought my wife's car in to have her tinting removed from her Celica (Over 20 years old). Made an appt, paid deposit, updated schedule twice per her schedule and had the work completed. They do give Military discounts. They did a fantastic job, quick and professional. I have used them in the past and will use them again.

We have all 3 of our cars enrolled in the "wash club." My husband is a bit more high maintenance on what he likes, so he purchased the highest package. I don't mind not receiving the presoak, so I opted in for the $20 deal for the other two vehicles.
We go at least once a week while out running errands. Sometimes the wash is packed, and sometimes we get right in. Either way, our car is always clean when we leave. And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to

The car wash was mediocre. I didn't expect to still have pollen showing on the bumpers as soon as they dried. The car exterior wasn't very dirty to start with, but they said I had to vacuum the seats before I got the shampoo extraction done, and the only way to get to vacuums was to get the car wash.
My main gripes is the web site. Firstly it says "CARPET / SEAT SHAMPOO EXTRACTOR" for $60. I read that as both were covered. What they mean is $60 each. A $120 total really doesn't makes sense given that the difference in two detail packages that they offer is $40

A little pricey and, especially in the summer, the wash doesn't get all the bugs off the car, but the staff is very friendly and i really appreciate the free vacuums, car towels, and dust blower thingy when you purchase a wash.
P. S. if you go here and you want to use the free vacuums, make sure when you're paying before the wash that you press the "upgrade" button and press the free vacuums button so that you get a barcode, or else you won't be able to get into the vacuum part.

Update many years later!! I recently went in for an oil change and safety inspection because they are one of the only first come first serve places in the area. Full synthetic oil change comes with a deluxe car wash which makes the total price around $30 not bad. Lady behind the counter was very efficient and very pleasant this will probably be my go to oil change place from now on. The car wash is still hit or miss for the price you pay, But it's a high-volume car wash, and I will keep going if I need the car washed

Had my Chevy windows tinted. Made an appt dropped of my vehicle. Few hours later as promised my car was completed and looks great! I have another vehicle that needs tints and will be back!
Unrelated I also have a monthly membership for the car wash and never have an issue. Whether I use self serve vacuums or full service interior cleaning I never have any issues.

I got my car washed today and just wanted a quick exterior wipe down. After I paid and pulled in they said I'd would be 45 min to an hour just for a wipe down. My car was fully dry by then, don't k ow what they are drying!!! Every time I've been here they are SOOOO slow! Not worth the time or the $!

This is my go-to place for having my truck detailed!! I haul a lot of hay and it gets EVERYWHERE, but these guys and gals do an excellent job at getting every little bit cleaned out and restoring my truck to looking like new. Staff is friendly and honest and prices are fair. I love that they walk around the vehicle with you afterwards to make sure you are completely satisfied. Definitely will be back as soon as my truck gets messy again

I think the service is great if they are not busy. Maybe they are trying to hire more people? It just takes way too long to get your car wiped down if they are busy. 30 minutes just to dry off your car seems like a long time and the car is almost dry anyway after 30 minutes. They are always super friendly and do a good job. They just need more help maybe?
