We met Carolyn 11 years ago and have been working together ever since! Over what turned out to be a 1 year long chain of events I learned for myself that Carolyn is both a great realtor and an amazing person in general.
While I did buy a house with her expert assistance two years ago,the impact she had on me and my family was so much more than that.
It was her expert knowledge of the Bay Area housing market, cost of living, and employer trends in my field (average salaries, raises, etc) that enabled me to roll the dice on a job opportunity

Carolyn was wonderful. She really cared about us and not just about getting a sale. We found a house we liked but had to submit the offer the very next day, so she cleared her schedule to make it happen and then went above and beyond to make sure we were the ones that got the house, even with several other offers. She treated us as though we were her only clients, was always responsive, and always took time to answer our many, many, MANY questions. After 2 years of looking for the right place, we met Carolyn at a house she was showing. She offered to help us find a home that met the needs of our family, including our two sons, ages 7 and 5. We put everything into Carolyn's hands, and with a minimum out of pocket cost we sold our home for $235 k over the asking price. Everything happened in about a week. My wife and I are still in shock (the good kind). She is very personable and professional, with many useful contacts for getting things accomplished. I would recommend her to anyone.
