Had an excellent experience purchasing our 2022 Wolverine. Our salesman Warren was top notch and always worked around our busy schedule. When we came to see the SxS it wasn't built yet and he had it ready in 3 days for us to come see it. I was very impressed by the service at Blackmans and will return for our next off road purchase in the future!

Awesome and genuine people there, every single one of them! Had no issues when purchasing my first motorcycle with them. I purchased a Can Am Maverick 4 months ago. During the buying experience I was told that I had to register the vehicle in PA cause it is PA law. (Have it in writing) Now, 4 months later the registration and no title. I called in September and was told DMV is is 4 months behind so it will take a while. Whole time they never sent my paperwork in. Called DMV to find out what the holdup was and they said they didn't receive my paperwork until September 18th. I purchased the side by sides in July. I called Blackmans back and spoke with the unprofessional girl that handles the title and registration

I was looking for a specific model Bike and called every dealership in the Northeast. Found it in Blackman's. Dealt with Jason from the beginning and it was a pleasure dealing with him and reat of the dealership. These guys are nice, honest and probably the best dealership that I have dealt with.

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. I tried calling to see if they had a part in stock. No answer. I tried over and over. Once, it picked up, to put me on hold, to hang up on me.
So I drove there. Website says open until 7:00. I have almost 2 hours. I get there. Door is locked. It says appointment only due to Covid-19, call this number. I call. I can see employees inside doing literally nothing of value. No one will answer the phone, nor acknowledge that there is a customer pulling on the locked door, making noise, staring at them.
Totally ignored. But wait! A couple

So I've been to many dealerships in my life. I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had. Why's that so important? It's just a few hours ? No. Your married to them. Well more like engaged. You'll stop in there for service , extras, etc...the whole time to own it. Sam was my salesman. He was really the best. Everyone I came into contact with made me feel welcome. I visited the showroom & got a quote for a bike. I used the quote to go to the bank to get approved. I then called to leave a deposit. They then went radio silent. After several e-mails & phone calls I was told they actually don't have that bike. Thanks for nothing. WAY unprofessional. They should have been upfront & honest & owned their mistake right away. Instead I was meet with silence. I get treated better by the Veterans Administration.

5 star sales, service, and parts. The bottom line is Blackman's delivers each and every time. Chis the sales manager truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. You can tell the people here love what they do. If they don't have it, they will get it. I would not go anywhere else for my power sport needs.

I brought my Yamaha jetski here last year and had major problems with one of the mechanics. I will say the female manager, who's name I don't remember was helpful in resolving that issue..
This year I dropped the same jetski off for what appeared to be an oil leak. I was told they would charge me 1 hour to diagnose the issue, and call me with the findings. A week later I was called and told my ski was ready to be picked up. I did not receive a call explaining what parts needed to be ordered/replaced. My bill came out to almost $200

Took my 16 year old bike into blackmans for a repair and explained to them that all I wanted was the repair. Unfortunately they went over the entire bike. The bike is 16 yrs old I was not worried about cosmetic. The estimate was over 3500. So I took it to another shop for an estimate just for the repair, for 500 I'll stick with the other shop.

Great experience here! I drove out here about 3 weeks ago from Princeton to check out a few ATV.. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered a test drive next time when weather was better. I took him up on his offer 2 weeks later and took 3 different models out.
Fast forward to today, I'm now the happy owner of a Kymco Maxxer ATV!! Great service, great sales experience and a great place to buy an ATV or other type of cycle. Thanks for your help!

Cannot say enough great things about this dealership. John is the best! Was shopping to get my father a motorcycle from Christmas 2012. Called around got the usual salesman run around from multiple dealerships. Called John at Blackmans two days before Christmas eve, asked him what the best deal he could do was, and man good thing I was sitting down when he gave me the numbers! They even delivered it the last day they were open before the Christmas holiday just so my dad could have it Christmas day! We have gone back there several times, the staff remembers us and even the motorcycle we had bought
