Prior to my surgical procedure, I met with many staff members for a pre-op physical over the course of several hours. The transitions between appointments were seamless and I had very little wait time.
I was very impressed with the detailed information I was given on the surgery, dietary restrictions & expectations of me prior to & following the surgery. Every service provider was professional & patiently answered my questions in a manner I could understand.
It was comforting to know I was in the most skilled, best hands during my surgery and the aftercare in the hospital.

I can't begin to say how much I appreciate this place. was referred to crmc from the VA. The VA sent me to the wrong clinic. Crmc jumped thru hoops and got things organized. Today my hernia surgery went amazing. They took their time to make sure I understood everything that was gonna happen. Thank you for all you do. You folks are awesome.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this hospital. My husband just had back surgery and Dr. Stokman was awesome. My husband has been in pain for the past 6 years. No one diagnosed him correctly till we came here and saw Dr. Stokman. The nurses Rachael and Kelly and the administration desk people Lynn and Jean helped communicate what care he was getting and it was the best. Also he had an issue with hearing aids and the Audiologist Chris Schmidt came over and fixed them. I highly recommend this hospital.

I went in for an extremely sore throat that had lasted over 5 days and had a strep test and covid test performed (only by my specific request because I work in food service) and both were negative. I waited over an hour for a test that takes 15 minutes for results. After being told my tests were negative I expected to be given options of how to manage the pain I was experiencing. Instead I was told bluntly "you can go now" by the RN "providing care" for me. Here I am, 2 days later still with agonizing throat pain. Needless to say I am searching for a more caring and helpful clinic.

It was my first time at Cuyuna, it was also my first time in years seeing a doctor. I was incredibly nervous. I get in to see Lacey Running Hawk S. I have nothing but good things to say about her, Ive seen a fair share of doctors in my life and she is the only one in my 26 years that made me feel heard about my concerns, she listened, wrote it all down, made suggestions and I felt I built trust with her and thats a sign of a great doctor. I also saw specialist Rachel Cady & her team, it was the exact same, made me feel comfortable being there, they listened, wrote down my concerns. They all made
