Had a really great experience working with Nick in Scarborough, he was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the values of the company, employee owned, low pressure sales people who focus more on customer service instead of pressuring you into an impulsive purchase and excellent financing terms. The tub is great, and the guys who delivered and set it up were great. We had a small communication gap with the electrical. We didn't realize we needed to have an electrician here to hard-wire the tub when delivered. However, Mainely had a contractor service, and were able to get a guy out here the next business day. The manager Diana even reached out to us to make sure all was well.

Beware! All sales. I went in last year before the pandemic and put $1000 down on a hot tub. The pandemic hit and like a lot of people my finances changed. I could no longer afford a hot tub. I explained the situation to Mainely Tubs and all I got was "sorry no refunds." I was told I could put the deposit toward something else. I can't afford something else. So I guess I'm out a $1000. So much for doing business with a local company! Let the buyer beware!

Contacted a local place and they weren’t getting any of the hot tubs I looked at this year and they tried to upsell me …..sent a message to Mainely Tubs and had quite a few exchanges with Laurie. Went up to Scarborough on a Saturday and met with Laurie and purchased our spa! Laurie has answered all of my questions and it was not “salesy”. The waiting on delivery is the hard part, but it will be well worth it! I would recommend Mainely Tubs to anyone!

Many years under the care of Mainely tubs! They installed and cared for our hot tub since day one! We bought our hot tub and have remained under the weekly maintenance plan which has been a pleasure! .Available, trustworthy and dependable! Not to mention friendly and respectful (showed up one day for weekly cleaning during a luncheon) and quickly rescheduled! Hot tub was one of our greatest additions one that we continue to enjoy!

I live in midcoast Maine - 2 hours from Portland. I was worried that buying from Mainely Tubs would make it hard to get regular service for our hot tub but that has proven not at all to be the case. In fact, it is easier getting hot tub service from Mainely Tubs than it is getting local service for things like our furnace! Mainely Tubs has regular weekly service in this area which makes it very reassuring - especially in the winter - when we especially love being in our tub on the amazing, cold, clear nights watching the stars. My wife and I recently went to replace a 20-year-old tub working with Jordan at Mainely Tubs It was an absolute delight. The installation was flawless. Went to buy chemicals for our tub. We were the only customers in the very nice and well equipped store. We purchased the chem and then proceeded to 'look around' at other things. Tubs, plastic glass ware, etc. Not once did anyone approach us to ask if they could be of service, Two sales people were engaged with chit chat talk, two people behind the front desk doing things. Seems like they would have enquired what type of tub do you have? How do you receive annual service? Are there any interest in peripheral items to support your tub like vacuum, glassware, bubble wrap covers, anyway

It came time to replace our tub purchased from Mainely Tubs about 17 years ago. Ours is a tricky installation, recessed into a deck about 8 feet above the ground with no convenient access for forklift but, based on our many years of satisfaction with Mainely Tubs' service, we never considered shopping elsewhere.
