Nebulizers require basic cleaning and maintenance to stay in working order. Compressor filters become dirty and channels get clogged. Tubing, masks, and mouthpieces will degrade over time, and it is essential to your health to keep these components in good working order. We can work with you to make the most of your nebulizer treatments.
Orthotics is a term that many people associate with braces and supports used on lower extremities such as feet, ankles, and knees. But orthotic devices (also referred to as orthoses) are commonly used to deliver structural and functional support for shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, and the upper and lower back.

Deceived me for months, kept telling me Medicare was still working on approving a power wheelchair for me and then told me Medicare denied the claim, when in fact when I spoke to Medicare, they never got a claim for a powered wheel chair to begin with!!!!!!!!!Not even worthy of the 1 star!!!!!!!!

I have used them for 7 or 8 years and the service has declined to the point that I am now ordering my cpap supplies on line and paying for them out of pocket. Many times my order never arrived and I had to reorder them but the breaking point was that I can't get piece parts for the mask I got a year ago, gave her the Phillips part number but she that doesn't help her get the part.

My son is very medically fragile. We work with 4 different companies to supply all of his needs. I have literally NEVER dealt with such a terrible company EVER. Run...run the other way. It's been almost a year and if there were a single other company we could possibly work with instead of them we would. Every month there is several problems. We've been lied to 3 times and now they just accused us of lying when I have proof that they didn't send us everything they were suppose too.

Husband had ankle/foot surgery. We called his insurance and were told they would pay 100% of knee scooter. Person I talked to insisted that they would only rent it, not purchase it outright. He was scheduled for another surgery within a month and needed this to help him get around. Due to how "helpful" she was NOT, we went to another company and had it within the hour.
Today, he's in the hospital waiting to be released, again, they "Never heard" of insurance buying a shower chair. Long story short, HE had to make the phone calls, etc to get it done because they couldn't be bothered to get with

Absolutely terrible. I handed a prescription to them twice in person and gave them insurance information and twice they've lost it and told me the prescription isnt in the system. They had my doctor fax over a 3rd prescription and again they didnt have it. Wasted my time.
