I got a rushed job. Bed isn't warm and I waited over 30 min in lobby no one ever came to greet and when therapist came in he didn't offer water b4 or after massage. He stated he didn't know I was even coming cuz app wasn't working. I went cuz it was great reviews for a Jeff . I never met him . I was so 😥disappointed.

I wanted a legit good company & because you never know in the world you live in, I ask and this is what I got... the website only gives a number to text, not even an office number. So I was being a little cautious, especially since to me $200+ is alot of money that could potentially be just thrown away.
All I'm saying is, I don't think a legit owner would have any problem "proving themselves"
Needless to say, I think one star is too much based on their communication.

I booked a Groupon, like others took forever to set the appointment. They don’t respond timely. First massage was okay but the didn’t do all the services as listed. So when they realized at the end they offered for me to return for a discounted rate to get the service I initially paid for. It was not the same therapist. He stated he didn’t see the notes and couldn’t warm up the stones in time. So I got another discount but will not be returning. Sarah B. was fantastic. I had a Groupon for a relaxation massage. My feelings about the scheduling communication was a little "meh." They indicate that one should text to schedule, which I did. I had to send a follow up text later to remind someone to respond. In their scheduling response, they emphasize that people using Groupons still must tip. Maybe they've been burned but it didn't start me off in a "calm" state. Anyway, upon arrival, Sarah was very warm and polite. She asked specific questions about my massage preferences and goals. I bought a groupon not knowing how difficult it would be to make an appointment. It says to text with name and service wanted. I gave name, type of service, days I am available and nothing....I finally saw on here you need to put your e mail as well? Ok....I will text....again and hopefully get a response. I don't know if groupon does refunds but I am going thru a very difficult divorce with domestic violence involved and I really need some self care.

It was an amazing feeling that after the massage I had I didn't feel heavy or more sore. I felt better after the massage actually. Since I'm very busy at work and stressed and always tensed up my body and muscles are tense too. But with the massage I had today with being carefully hit all the areas ..I am ready again to work. Muscles felt loosen up and I just had a Mild level of pressure. I would definitely come back again. My therapist Mario Calderon is the man who did great job in making my session better. He did very professionally and know what he's doing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with John. He used techniques that alleviated tension in my areas of concern and also provided feedback, as well as useful information that I could take home with me to help also. It's important to find a massage therapist that you will feel comfortable getting a massage from and also maintaining good communication with that person. I experienced that here on my visit, and plan to return for their package deal. If you decide to come here I think you will too. (Side note; they are on Groupon!)

This place has terrible service. First off you can not even speak to a real person. I went to have my massage and they forgot to schedule it. Well they promised me a longer massage for the inconvenience. Well when I went back the next time I was told the person who I was supposed to see had left already and I was not in the book. I again was offered to reschedule my massage but for a higher price. Although the woman who was trying to resolve the issue was very nice. I felt like this was unprofessional on the company end. Never have I been treated so poorly. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. My appointment did not get booked in their system. When I arrived I waited for over 15 minutes ringing the doorbell to be let into the office. Eventually another business owner from a neighboring business let me in. Jeffrey was very rude once he finally came to the reception area and told me to just cancel my appointment with no apology for my time waiting. I would never support a business with this bad of customer service.

While there are a couple of low reviews from people that had scheduling issues after buying a Groupon massage, their views of Milwaukee Reiki are not at all representative of the company and how they treat their clients. I've had 2 Groupon massages and a gift certificate massage, and each was a great experience.

I bought two 60 minute massages on Groupon. I emailed Jeffrey and he got back to me within a day or so. I made an appointment with Donna. I can't say enough good things about her. I've now seen her three times and the massages have been relaxing and have helped my problem areas. With me she uses massage, hot stones, and cupping; my body has never felt better. I highly recommend her!

Very frustrated - I probably should have read these reviews and not the reviews on Groupon before purchasing (2) 60 minute massages. One of the responses from them states they respond within 24 hours. I have send 3 emails, a text message and also filled out an inquiry form on their website and today is 1 week later and have not heard anything. Was really looking forward to this and right now I'm very disappointed.

MKE Reiki is awesome! I got my lvl 1 reiki attunement here from Jeffrey and so did my friend Lauren. He truly has the spirit of a teacher and I recommend him for anyone wishing to pursue learning about reiki. I've had massages with Patrick before and he's super knowledgeable. He really cares about his clients and their well-being, making sure we are informed on what could be causing tension in the body and how massage can help to alleviate these tensions. Super reasonable pricing on massage and reiki attunements. Definitely check them out if you are in the area

Patrick is an amazing massage therapist. I was impressed with his knowledge, techniques, and professionalism. He was very attentive to my problematic areas and left me feeling better than I have in years! Terrible experience. I had purchased a deal off of Groupon for 2 massages... it took almost 2 weeks of repeated calls and texts to book an appointment. Once I got in to have the massage, it was an awkward experience. The room had stuff used from a previous cupping session on a table in the room. The massage therapist was too firm with their pressure despite being told to ease up. At the end of the session, the therapist ensured that I'd be booked with a different therapist that provided lesser pressure. When I called back a few days prior to my appointment to ensure my therapist was changed

EDIT AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: If you are seeing this business because of a Groupon--BUYER BEWARE!!! I'm sure you are looking in to this business for a relaxing experience but my experience was far from that. I noticed from their GOOGLE reviews that they treat Groupon customers differently. I am unable to post a review on the Groupon site because I actually never got to use the service. Not a chain and while there may not be an Administrative Assistant at the front desk Jeffrey has always contacted me promptly both by phone and email. He is extremely well trained and has an amazing practice. I feel very nourished and reset after my sessions with him whether it is massage or Reiki. Plan in advance not a place to schedule last minute

Sorry to read about the other poor reviews regarding no follow up on phone calls for appointments, my experience was just the opposite. I contacted Jeffrey via email and he replied right away. He was fantastic, my entire body was achy and I left feeling great. I've never had a Reike style massage before but I was impressed. I got it through Groupon and was a fantastic deal, I enjoyed it so much that I asked for a price package. Very reasonable. I recommend Milwaukee Keiki and suggest you give them a try.
