Although I set up the company, it is my son, Sam, a Certified Technician as well, who manages field operations. Services
Advanced Cleaning Systems (ACS) offers a complete menu of services designed to provide businesses and facility managers the highest quality service in the industry. The advent of cubicles and workstations means that fabric can cover many businesses from floor to ceiling. Carpet is now the number one floor covering in most commercial settings.
Lower cost, and carpets that stay cleaner longer with no re-appearing spots and no residue. Minimal interruptions to business operations, with very little noise, 1 hour dry times, and a portable system for your security and convenience. It is obvious that commercial carpet is different from the carpet in your home.
Due to its durability and low upfront costs, VCT is a standard floor covering for high-traffic commercial areas. VCT requires layers of polish (wax) to protect its porous surface. Because of this, VCT is not a low-maintenance flooring product. It requires regular stripping, waxing and polishing. VCT is generally maintained with traditional sweeping and wet mopping, and all the soil and imperfections are captured in the wax layers on the tile.
Finally, we apply a penetrating sealer (not a topical sealer). This provides stain guarding while maximizing appearance and allowing the tile & grout to "breath" (vapor permeable). Penetrating sealers should be applied every 2-3 years after proper cleaning. Ceramic or Porcelain tile floors only require the porous grout lines to be sealed.
Area rugs are a great addition to your lobby, hallways and other uncarpeted spaces that add to the dcor and help protect the floors. However, they can become dirty quickly. ACS techs are trained to clean all types of rugs, from simple mats to Orientals, Persians, wools and silk. We use our truck mount steam cleaning system and perform basic light cleaning similar to your tacked down carpets.

Gary and his son did a great job on our carpet. They were honest about the dog urine and schooled us on what they can and cannot do. For the most part, they cleaned almost everything. There were areas that he couldn't get, which he warned us about before hand. Thanks for getting our carpet cleaned so well!

Gary and his son came out to the Fremont American Little League Park to clean our rug in our conference room. I would suspect that this rug hadn't been cleaned for over 10 years and when Gary was done cleaning this rug looked awesome! I also had Gary come to my home and clean our rugs. Advanced Cleaning Systems is a great company and Gary and son are very friendly and their prices are extremely fair.
