Very horrible customer service. Just called this company to ask if they can pour concrete for a 900sq ft Slab for me. Asked if it’s something they can do said yes. Then switched things up saying I can’t help and sounds like your from a call center. Whatever that means. I’m eating breakfast with my family just alil FYI. Will never use this company and I advise everyone else to stay away from them. You lost a great customer

Dan and his team are fantastic! We've used them twice now on two different properties and have been very happy with the results. Professional, organized and considerate. Dan operates his business with integrity. We had a situation come up that involved some extra work that would have added a couple of thousand to our budget. Dan knew we were at the end of our project and funds were tight. He spoke with his team and they came up with an alternative solution that kept the costs on budget. If you want a Quality Concrete Job Gerber Concrete Services is the place to call! They have great communication, are easy to deal with and know their trade. They have done foundation walls for my additions, time period specific walkways on my historic homes, and complex driveway approaches for me just to name a few. After being unhappy with other concrete guys in the past I am happy to have found my go-to team!

If your looking for a concrete contractor that arrives at your residence on the day and time stated, reviews your project and requirements, listens, offers suggestions, provides and accurate detailed quote at a fair price and gets the job done with a proffessional crew, communicates effectively thru the entire process, cleans up and leaves a quality product, then these are the guys, I called 9 other contractors only 6 showed up, I interviewed 6 of them and Dan Gerber was the best of the 6, this was not an easy job or was it difficult, but Dan made it seem like a breeze, we sweated doing this concrete
