I have rented from this company for almost 3 years and I haven't had an issue with them. I pay my rent on time, Keith responds to my calls promptly and professionally. I have only been late once, called Keith and explained my situation, he kindly explained the late policy and didn't hassle me. This is my first apartment and I love it. Washer and dryer are located downstairs, coin operated but inexpensive, trash and water is covered and you pay for electricity and wifi ( if you choose to have it.)

I rented from Keith with Best Choice from February 2013 through May 2013, less than 4 whole months. I paid my rent on time a took great care of the rental property. It was a courtesy that Best Choice allowed me a short term rental and I’m extremely grateful for their kindness. They even returned my deposit even though I needed to end the 12 month lease early. I really wish I had posted a review much sooner. I was just reflecting my best rental experiences tonight and my stay with Best Choice was definitely number 1!

Keith Morris is an outstanding landlord. He is extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. He takes great care of his properties. They are far cleaner and nicer than anything else in the neighborhood or price range. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and correctly. Keith is also very welcoming to diverse tenants. My building neighbors were lovely people of all ages, races, colors, ethnicities, and orientations. On the other hand, if you are looking for a place to deal drugs, yell and fight, or have loud parties, this is not the rental for you. Keith is very serious about the

This is one of the best reality management companies in Lincoln. They are all about giving second chances to people who have made previous mistakes. They care about you as a person not just a renter. When you go to pay your rent there is a genuine care for your life situations. Throughout this entire covid scare they have remained in business and fully active in taking care of maintenance matters. They have worked with us for months now on payment options and never threatened eviction. Best management group in town. All they do is work, work, work. I feel blessed to be renting here.

My overall experience was not good. I will begin by saying to make sure to ask for a receipt for everything because management is very unorganized and will claim to loose it or that you never paid. Upon moving out I asked for my security deposit back and Keith said they did not have anything on record after me living in their property for two years. I called, left voice mails, sent letters and went in person to ask for deposit and I was never able to get a final respond from them. I was also to blame for not getting a recipt when I gave them my security deposit which is why I am warning others

I’m really disappointed in this company overall. We knew from the beginning that Best Choice Realty was bad news from all of the horrible reviews. However, we weren’t able to do anything about it because our property came under his management during our lease. When the time came, he kept over a third of our security deposit (from a lease we didn’t even sign with him) and didn’t respond to our calls or texts until we threatened to have a lawyer call. I’m angry that we had to move out of a property we loved purely because of a horrible landlord. DO NOT rent from this company and tell your

Best Choice Realty was slow to respond, if they ever responded at all, and frequently stood us up for meetings and appointments. They did not fix things in our house that broke, such as the refrigerator. Also, it has been more than two months since we moved out, and we still have not gotten any of our security deposit back. They will not even respond to phone calls or emails asking about it. I would never recommend this company to anybody!

Rented from them at two properties for over three years. Family owned business that's always been good to me and my roommate. Never had any issues like some of these other reviews. Had my security deposit refunded fully minus the carpet cleaning which was part of my contract. This company was recommended to me by a friend and I was more than satisfied. Nobody is perfect but they work hard and are willing to work with you.

Worst landlord I've ever encountered. Didn't have correct lease when we went to sign it. Didn't receive a copy of the lease till I requested one four months later. Old tenants stopped by to check the damages they supposedly made and claimed they got very little back on refund of deposit. To no surprise we have been moved out two months and have not received a refund check or a list of damages. Many phone calls have been made to ask for information regarding the refund and still nothing. Do not expect to have anything they say they will fix, fixed. Don't rent from this company.
