Have you ever bought something and gotten home and just feel you've been ripped off. Well if you have and enjoy that feeling, shop here. Do your self a favor and grab any chemical they happen to sell. Then look it up online. There will be at least a 100 percent mark up. Grab any pool toy,pool part or even a service part and look it up. If you use their "platinum pool care service" really pay attention to the chemicals they put in your pool. They use shock and tabs that they don't sell on the floor. If you pay for service with out the platinum contract they will sell you the

The people at Aqua are a pleasure to work with. From grills and grilling supplies to Yeti mugs and coolers, we have an assortment of Aqua products at our house and it is our go to spot for gifts because who can't use some great BBQ seasonings? We also purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Aqua and the entire process was seamless from selection to delivery and setup. Thank you, Danny and Aqua Pools!

Great selection of hot tub and pool supplies. Very friendly family run local business. We bought a Hot Springs hot tub there a year ago and the are always willing to assist with questions or supply requests. Carry a great selection of Yeti coolers and unusual grilling products too - not just pools and spas!

Aqua Pools and Spas repaired our Hot Springs Hot Tub that another dealership could not repair over a 3 month period. Anthony (service tech) assessed, repaired our hot tub in 3 short visits. He was both professional and very nice and knew exactly what to do. The office returned calls and set up appointments immediately to repair our hot tub.

We just bought our very first hot tub and we couldn't be happier! Zak made the process super easy. He patiently answered all my million questions. The paperwork was ready when I arrived & all I had to do was sign. Their showroom is gorgeous and very clean. When my fiance went to pick up the hot tub the guys who loaded it were awesome and he was in & out quickly. It was an excellent experience. We try to patronize local businesses - especially ones that are family run and I'm really glad we chose Aqua Pools & Spas. Will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend.

Most of the reviews I see under AQUA seem to be about new pools but ours is a "not so new" pool and AQUA takes excellent care of it. Our technician is knowledgable and efficient and makes sure everything is running perfectly all of the time. We count on AQUA to keep our pool pristine all the time and couldn't be more pleased with the service they provide or the nice people of AQUA both those n the field and those at the office.
