After reading the reviews I’m going to say it’s just us. I asked for a well to be drilled at my grandfathers house. I had all 5000 dollars upfront, I gave half before and half after,no problems. They drilled two different places and said that it was a tough place to drill. Finally, a well is done. Our water stinks horribly, worse than before and it has tons of build up. I have repeatedly called and asked for someone to come out to look and help us out. I am more than willing to pay and did not expect anything for free. When he does answers the phone, he rushes the call, and promises to come

I called with my well issue and they were at my house within the next few hours. They diagnosed the issue and fixed a couple little tweaks to it which then had my well working as tho it were brand new. I was very impressed with how quick they fixed it and the quality of the work they did. I will refer caddo water well to anyone who has well issues. You rock Caddo H20!!!

He came and drilled our well on our new construction home at a great price. The well has been amazing! We did have one issue with our pump here recently after the electricity surges and outages due to the storms. We called and he was out here to fix the problem within a couple of hours. We were so thankful and very satisfied.

Our water well had been out since Thursday night, It was now Monday morning, and since it went out, I'd called and left messages for at least 5 other local Water Well Service Companies. I had not heard back from ANY of them, I looked on YELP and found Caddo Water Well Service I called and Mr. Billy answered, he said he was working another job near me and he could be at my house to evaluate my situation within the hour. Last night I lost water pressure on my well. I thought maybe my pressure switch had went out. So I put another one on and still no water. I call Caddo Water Well at around 8:00pm and Billy answered. I told him what was going on and he said he would come on to see what was causing the problem. I also was telling him that at times I would get some sand in my bathtub and asked if he could blow out the well. He said absolutely, we do it all the time. Got a call the following morning around 10:00am and Billy told me that one of his crews would be here in the next 30 minutes. In less then 30 minutes

We called yesterday and they were out to check out our well the same day, without me having to call again to remind them. They were very reasonable with their pricing, and were here first thing this morning and had us up and running in less than an hour and a half. Very nice guys. Will definitely use again if there's any future problems. Thanks guys!
