Nearly 30 years ago, I began this organization based on a need in the convention and tradeshow industry for on-site representation for exhibitors.

Services
Founded in 1974 as a local trucking company, CTFS has been serving the Defense-Aerospace exhibition industry as an official airfreight forwarder since 1975. From the very beginning, the company has owned its own trucks to assure total control over the delivery of tradeshow exhibits. In 1994, CTFS entered into partnership with Abilene Motors to give it an increased LTL and trailer load capability expanding its presence, nationwide.
Our commitment to provide the best in the business has not changed in decades. We provide experienced high-level on-site service to customers. Convention & Tradeshow Freight Specialists has always been a leader in the convention and tradeshow industry. We continue the philosophy of serving our customers with the most dependable and flexible air and ground services.
For critically urgent shipments that must move on a priority basis; we offer the same day delivery (restrictions apply). When time is not as critical but you still need expedited service, delivery by 5:00 pm the second business day. CTFS has built a nationwide network to deliver shipments door to door.
