Cryotherapy is a practice of using a "cryosauna" machine to dispense nitrogen gas around the body. While cooling the surface of the body to sub freezing temperatures, the goal of cryotherapy is to activate a beneficial physiological response. Victoria was amazing. First time receiving a hydrofacial w/dermaplane and what a game charger. I get facials about every 4 to 6 weeks but this was beyond anything I've received in the past. My skin is brighter, softer and so hydrated. Can't wait to get my next one. Go see Victoria she'll have you glowing

I've come in a few times for the sauna and there's nothing better than just relaxing. Ashleigh was very informative on everything and walked me through the whole facility during my first visit. The building itself is really large and very well done... the atmosphere is very warm and inviting which is great for relaxation

I’ve had 3 cryoskin appointments so far and I love the results already! I’ve had 3.5” off my stomach and I still have 2 more sessions out of my 5. They always remind me to keep my water intake high since that gets rid of the toxins and stuff so I’ve been drinking plenty of water. Ashleigh has done my sessions and walks me through every step, and is very knowledgeable about the science behind every service. It’s always very clean and professional there so it’s nice to take an hour to myself every couple of weeks when I come in. I couldn’t recommend Ohio Cryo more

My first time at Ohio Cryo was overall astonishing. Right away I was greeted and informed about all their services. Shortly after my technician Victoria checked me in and performed the service (Chemical peel). The experience was excellent and the results were outstanding for the first time service. I highly recommend Ohio Cryo skin services to everyone.

I have now had 2 full body Cryo sessions @ Ohio Cryo and very happy with the process. I have noticed joint pain easing and feel refreshed as soon as I step out of the tank! Furthermore the service has been great. During my first 2 sessions, Ashleigh has kept me company while I’m in the tank. She does an outstanding job keeping your mind off of being cold and makes those 3 minutes fly by! She also has provided a lot of information about the other services offered and look forward to trying those in future as well!The experience as a whole has been great and I look forward to continuing to see

Very nice and proffesional service! I had the pleasure of having Ashleigh as my technician. Ashleigh is absolutely amazing she’s so kinda and sweet and very knowledgeable about the services and procedures. I was kinda of nervous about coming in but she made feel so comfortable and valued as a client. Definitely will come back!! 10/10
