They were very professional installing my system. I decided to switch companies since Brinks was not willing to upgrade my system without paying outrageous upgrade fees. On point followed through and provided me with a check to cancel my previous monitoring service. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had a visit today to have our system removed and installed in my brothers house. (he owns both houses) the 2 men that came were not only professional and knowledgeable but were so super friendly! I was very impressed with their respect for our household as well, as they had to walk into every room of ours to take down equipment. I definitely recommend them for your security needs. I will also say that while having the alarm system for the past few years, it worked very well with no issues of concern.

Griffin showed up as a door to door salesman. We had been unhappy with our current security system & he offered to modernize our existing system & add Ring cameras. The cost was a little higher than what we were paying before, but the system & all the parts actually work now!! Lucas, our installer was quick & efficient. We are very happy with the system & the installation.

An On Point salesman knocked on my door and offered an alarm system and video equipment. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. I wasn't sure if i wanted such a system but I after thinking about it I went forward with the installation. The technician showed up on time and was also very professional. He showed me how to use the system properly and everything works great. I definitely recommend On Point to protect anyone's home.

The owner promised he'd move our equipment/install new at new home for free. 6 months later when we moved and needed new system- we found out They sold our contract to Safe Security & now everything they promised FOR FREE will cost over $600! ZERO RESPONSE FROM ON POINT, doesn't respond to emails, phone calls, voicemails. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I heard about them from a colleague who recently had a security system installed by them, and although I was originally skeptical, these guys were so friendly, thorough, and professional that any and all of my concerns were quickly alleviated.
They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all of the questions that my wife and I had, and went above & beyond our expectations from the first time we made contact with them.
I would recommend them to anyone and it's not hard to see why they are true leaders in the industry with an impeccable reputation.

Probably the best example of over promise under deliver. My family and i switched from Brinks with the promise of better equipment and a better rate. That didn't happen but the equipment upgrade was nice so we decided to see how the service was. The day of the installation we were told it was going to take two hours. Ended up taking 6 hours. Promised a sign in our yard, no sign. Had to follow up to get it. We were promised that they would cancel our existing service for us. Three months in and we are still be double charged. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Very dishonest. To make the sale, their sales representative offered us a rebate which would make up for the higher prices. Now we're finding that On Point is not standing behind the rebate. I've heard nothing but lies during the few occasions I've been able to reach someone. They are also trying to tell me that they are not responsible for what contractors offer customers. This is not accurate. You can look it up if you don't believe me.

This company tried to do an end run and place a security system in my home without my knowledge or consent. They came to my home unsolicited and entered into a transaction with someone having no authority to place anything on my home, sold them a system of unknown design, left no documentation, failed to advise them of their right to decision and ran my credit without my knowledge or consent. Then when called on their deceptive business practices they refused to return my calls and tried 2 more end runs around me.

Wow! I love my home automation system that on point installed. The representative Griffin that set us up was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a great deal. Giffin was the sale rep that contacted us about OnPoint Security. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Explained everything about the system, easy to talk with and gave us a great deal. Matt installed our system yesterday and he too was easy to converse with, explained and taught us how to use everything before leaving. Very happy and would definitely recommend OnPoint to others.

Lousy customer service. They barely pay off your last alarm contract.
Had to call and call for a check to pay off it finally came about 6 months later.
Salesperson Les Lovett said he would be on call and provide better customer service than the last company. Never saw the guy again, lied about a $200 promotional service and after many calls and emails to ALL of the on Point Alarm people they cannot get back to me.
This is my review now. Do not go with this company.

Daniel M. was my technician and he was fantastic! I had my alarm installed a couple months ago and there was a faulty wire that was initially installed. This caused my alarm to randomly go off and set as a false alarm call to the police. Daniel was able to identify the problem immediately and had the issue resolved within minutes. The service was fast and efficient and now I do not have a false alarm going off every day. Thank you!

Service and pricing sounded great. Sales person seemed pretty reasonable. I was ready to go with this service, but my husband told the sales person that he wanted to discuss it with me before agreeing to anything. We agreed to come up with a decision and get back with the gentleman by Monday. After this man left I noticed I had an email of a new hard credit inquiry from this company. I did not know that my credit was being check as we had not even decided to sign up for service.
