At Mason's Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heat, your comfort is our goal. We service, sell, and install equipment as if it were for our own family. We will work with your busy schedule and get your air conditioner or heating system working properly. We are confident you will be 100% satisfied with our service and sales department, and we are available for emergency response service 24 hours a day.
We can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A highly qualified technician is always a phone call away. Your system's problem will be diagnosed and a repair estimate will be given before any work is performed. Upon approval, the work will be completed in a timely and professional manner to get your system running efficiently.
A check-up and cleaning should be done at least once per year, but we recommend both a spring and fall check-up to ensure your system is working properly in both heating and cooling modes. If your system if over 10 years old, call us and will we give you a free inspection and advise you whether to repair or replace.
Masons Refrigeration installed a complete new system in our 2500 sq ft home. The work was done on time and looks amazing. I have used Mason’s AC for several years now and only had the best service ever. Three years ago I called Mason’s for a quote on the AC unit, David worked with me to give me a great price. He installed a great product and services the unit for me. I just bought another place in April, I called Mason’s again to check the unit and to make sure I was good to go. David went that day and gave me an excellent service. His prices are reasonable and he is quick to respond. The staff is great also, when you call the office, Tammy, will help you and make the schedule work for the service calls. This

My A/C unit went out on Friday night. First thing Saturday morning I called Mason's. David was very professional. He lives on the island and was here in less than an hour and had my rusted out capacitor and another part replaced in no time. Service charge is cheaper than I pay at home in my non-resort home town. Very satisfied!

I have used Mason's since 2001 when they installed the central heat & air for my home that was built in 1870's. Today they came to do the winter service on the three units. Both servicemen were on time, polite, efficient and knowledgable. In over 15 years of working with Mason's, I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

They should have a option for NO STARS! Called this place to get an ice machine fixed and still having issues. Not only did the technician tell me to buy the part, it still does not work. Called to get them to come out again and they tell me they already came out 2 times and they wont come out again. Waste of $180. Its not my fault your technicians cant solve the problem. Shouldn't have started working on it then! NEVER AGAIN.
