Working with Mike and Debbie and the entire Mike's Bremen team has always been a wonderful experience. 90ﾟday and my air conditioning was not working. I called Mike's Breman and they were out within an hour The technician replaced a part and fixed it. 2 years ago I came home from Florida to find my furnace was not working. They came right out and replaced my 20 year old furnace. I highly recommend them.

I was concerned about my AC unit. I called, spoke with Deb and she immediately knew what the issue was. She gave me steps to confirm and repair the issue myself before they dispatched a member of their team.
They easily could have charged a fee to come look at the problem, charged a premium because it was the weekend.
Instead, they gave me advice and walked me through how to prevent the issue.
Although they may not have asked for payment for anything this time around, they've certainly gained a lifelong customer.
