At that time, my roommate was studying acupuncture. A long story short--he did acupuncture and within hours her swelling was 90% gone and so was her pain! Here's the good news--it doesn't hurt! Sure lots of people are afraid of needles-- but this is different--you often don't even know we are using a tiny needle.
If you were injured in a car accident you want doctors with experience. Since 1980 we have helped thousands of injured people. We have helped people from the entire metro area including Brooklyn Park, Eagan, St. Paul, Minneapolis, and of course here in Shakopee. We provide massage for those stiff and sore muscles.
You may be concerned about going to a chiropractor that "keeps you coming" for care. Well, we've heard the same thing ourselves. It is true about some other clinics, but not ours. We will give you a clear picture of what it will take to help you achieve your goals. Together, with your doctor, a treatment plan will be designed just for you.
On your first visit you will be greeted by a happy smiling face, that's Cindy, our Receptionist. She will ask you to fill out some brief paper work. Then the Doctor will meet with you and discuss your health concerns. That will be followed by an examination to assess your condition. The Doctor will then determine if he or she can accept you for care.
We won the State HS Basketball Tournament, but most people don't know the whole story. We won the State HS Basketball Tournament in 2005, but most people don't know the whole story. One week before the big game, I could hardly move or get off a chair; my back pain was so severe. I needed treatments to be able to coach during the whole tournament, but Shakopee Chiropractic kept me functioning.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kim Johnson for over 15 years. She has helped me through a car accident, a motorcycle accident & a botched neck surgery. The help & relief she gives me has eliminated any need for pain killers. I’m now on a maintenance plan where I stop in when things are tight- & of course I get maximum relief!! Not only is Dr Kim as talented as she is mind, she’s also someone that I have developed a friendship with over the years. I owe my daily relief to Dr Kim Johnson & Shakopee Chiropractic Center.

I was just in for my first treatment. I was impressed with how professional everyone was. I also felt immediately comfortable. The decor was very homey, with a fireplace and massage chair to sit in while I waited for less then 5 minutes. I highly recommend Shakopee Chiropractic Center.I am already feeling relief. I am excited about my scheduled massage tomorrow, which includes cupping!
