Jacuzzi hot tubs, the coolest name in hydrotherapy since 1956 is still hot today. Technology started the industry, with the Jacuzzi brothers' invention of the first submersible hydrotherapy pump. In the early 1970s, Jacuzzi launched an industry with the first self-contained jetted hot tub. Jacuzzi continues to lead the whirlpool bath and spa/hot tub industry with hydro-technology solutions designed to make you feel good.
Competitors added dozens of jets, TV systems, mister, fountain displays and every other non-therapeutic gadget they could think of, Nordic focused on being the best they could be, improve overall quality, while keeping it simple. What are your electrical limitations? There are 110v 20 amp models and 220v 40 to 60 amp models. Some smaller models are convertible and can run either way, most larger models are 220v only and cost more. 220v requires an electrician to hardwire the hot tub with an outdoor GFCI box and a dedicated breaker.

Our hot tub was originally purchased from Cape Cod Aquatics by the previous owner of our home. We have continued to have them maintenance it for almost 6 years now. Yes, there is usually a wait for spring set up and winter shut down, but that is to be expected. Of course, everyone wants it done around the same time. We have been very happy with their service and communication. Everyone we have met is knowledgeable and helpful. And, when it's time for a new one, we will get it from them. For now, they keep helping us make this one last by keeping it properly maintained. Thanks guys!

We've had these folks close our hot tub in the fall and open it again in the spring for a few years now. Each time they came to open it, there always seemed to be some issue. This last time, when they came, late as usual, they failed to fix it. They claimed they needed a part (which they said had at the shop) and would be back in about a week. When I called to find out what was wrong and why it would take so long to get back, instead of a call back with some answers, I got a call from their "service manager" indicating that they were going to "terminate the relationship because we were rude and

We bought our jacuzzi five years ago approximately. Jim was helpful and informative as was Michele. Past August we had an issue. Sent someone immediately. The repair guy was great, very professional and knew his product. All is fixed and tub is running great this bitter cold winter. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

Avoid Jacuzzi hot tubs and Cape Cod Aquatics. Paid close to $10,000 for a hot tub in April, and it is still not working properly. And....i get charged for them to try to fix it. The whole experience has been bad from start to finish. Defective tub, and a dealer that is too annoyed to fix it. I truly regret my purchase of this tub and my selection of this dealer.

These guys are awesome. Professional, responsive and detail-oriented. Was having issues with an old hot tub/spa showing incorrect temperature readings. They swapped out the temperature sensor, and when the new part turned out to be defective, returned to change it out again at no cost. Highly recommended!

Bought the cottage ohhhh a few years ago. One of those project type homes that starts out with well maybe it just needs a few new planks in the deck and some paint. Oh no, one new roof and siding, new deck, kitchen, apartment and then there is the hot tub. The cottage came with this massive octagonal 80's type disco burnt orange deeper than Pleasant Bay hot tub. A hot tub that 16 could enjoy and you wouldn't talk to the same person twice if you went in for an evening dip. A hot tub that meant a heater 100' away that constantly ran so much it burned out twice and raised the electric
